Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

• A second email containing your tracking information will be sent as soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner.


Shipping Rates (Domestic Only)

• Orders over ₹799: We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders that meet this threshold.

• Orders under ₹799: A flat shipping fee of ₹75 will be applied at checkout.

• We currently do not offer international shipping; we ship exclusively within India.

 

Delivery Timelines

• Once dispatched, your jewelry typically reaches you within 4–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Please note that delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners; Bejeweled by Sam is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues or extreme weather conditions.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

• It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address and contact details are 100% accurate at the time of purchase.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient details, or the recipient being unavailable, a re-shipping fee will be charged to send the package out a second time.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

• Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the courier partner, Bejeweled by Sam is no longer responsible for the package.

• If you believe your package is lost in transit (before delivery), please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an inquiry with the carrier.


Damaged Shipments

• While we use high-quality kraft boxes and zipper pouches to protect your jewelry, we recommend filming an unboxing video starting from the sealed state of the outer courier bag.

• This video is mandatory for any claims regarding missing items or transit damage.
